Packaging

A better fragile parcel starts inside the box

Use cushioning and movement control; a sticker alone cannot protect an item.

Choose a box that fits the item and cushioning. Fill empty space so the contents do not shift, protect corners and delicate surfaces, and close the package with tape suited to its weight. A “fragile” label can alert handlers, but it cannot replace sound packing.

Test packaging for the likely journey and follow the carrier’s packaging guidance. Place warning labels where they are visible and keep them away from barcodes and address fields. Take a quick photo of unusual or high-value packing for your internal records.
