Information we collect
Account details. When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. Your password is stored as a password hash; the application does not store it as readable plain text.
Design information. If you save a design, the information you enter may include business and recipient names, sender and delivery addresses, country selections, product details, tracking or reference numbers, package details, and other label fields. Only enter information that you are authorized to use.
Account activity. We record events such as account creation, sign-in, saved or opened designs, and print-dialog activity. While you are signed in with the studio tab open, the application records approximate active usage time through periodic session updates.
Technical information. The hosting provider may automatically record technical request information, such as IP address, browser, device, and request time, in server or security logs. Those logs are controlled by the hosting configuration and may be retained separately from your account data.
How we use information
We use account details to create and authenticate your account, associate your saved designs with you, restore your work, show your activity history, operate the studio, protect the service, and respond to requests. Usage and activity records help display your account history and help administrators understand service use and troubleshoot issues.
We do not use the label information you enter to create postage or book a shipment in the current version. The available templates are print-design previews. You must obtain an official carrier or marketplace shipping label through the relevant carrier or seller account.
Storage and security
Account, design, and activity records are stored in the website database on the hosting environment selected by the site owner. Passwords are processed with PHP's password-hashing functions. The application uses session controls and request-protection checks for relevant account actions.
The site owner and hosting provider should keep the software, database, backups, and hosting account secure and enable HTTPS. No internet service can guarantee that information will always be completely secure, so avoid entering payment card details, government identity numbers, or other highly sensitive information into label fields.
Retention and your choices
Account details, saved designs, and activity records remain in the database while the account is active, unless the site owner removes them earlier or must retain them for a lawful reason. Hosting and security logs may follow separate retention periods set by the hosting provider.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting us. A deletion request may require us to verify that you control the account. Some limited records may remain in backups until those backups are rotated or may be retained where required by law.
Children and international users
The studio is designed for people managing labels, tags, and business workflows. It is not directed to children, and children should not create accounts without a parent or guardian's involvement where required by local law.
The site may be used from different countries. Information may be processed in the country where the website database or hosting provider operates. Data protection rules differ by location; the site owner should apply the requirements that cover the users and markets served.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the site, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
For privacy questions or requests, contact info@mscorp.org or write to Multi Solution Corporation, Plot # R/539 Sec 33/E, Korangi 2.5, Karachi, Pakistan.
Design with care. Keep personal information out of label fields unless it is needed for your shipment or workflow.
