Make weight and team-lift instructions visible to the people moving the box.
A handling label can call attention to a heavy or awkward parcel, but safe movement depends on known weight, clear routes, and suitable lifting equipment. Put the weight where staff can see it and follow workplace lifting procedures.
Use a box and closure rated for the contents and route. Do not hide a heavy parcel’s weight behind decorative branding. Where the carrier has a specific weight marking or booking rule, follow that requirement and declare the accurate shipment weight.
