Packing slips for Shopify, eBay, and Temu orders
Make one neutral packing slip that can work across order channels.
A marketplace-neutral packing slip can show an order reference, the recipient, item description, SKU, quantity, and seller contact details. It helps with picking and customer service without pretending to be the carrier’s label. Keep fields optional where marketplaces supply different data.
Print the slip from your order system when available so the information is current. If you design a general template, compare it with each channel’s packing rules and remove fields that should not be shared with the buyer. Store only the order details your workflow needs.
