eBay postage labels and packing slips
Separate marketplace postage from the documents you design yourself.
When an order is eligible, eBay sellers can purchase or create a shipping label from the order workflow. Tracking is associated with that shipment through the account process. A packing slip can help organize the item and reference, but it is not a substitute for eBay postage.
Check the order’s delivery service and address in the seller account before buying a label. For a return, follow the return request shown in eBay. If an order needs a QR drop-off option, use the QR code provided by the platform or carrier; do not replace it with a home-made barcode.
