Label printing
Set label spacing and margins for cleaner prints
Prevent crowded addresses and clipped lines with a simple test routine.
Leave enough space between the recipient name, street lines, city and postal code. Keep the barcode clear of text, folds, tape seams, and the edge of the label. Use one clear typeface and a visible hierarchy instead of shrinking every line to fit.
Printer margins vary by device and stock. Print a test, inspect all four edges, and adjust the layout in small steps. Do not compensate for a printer scaling issue by squeezing the recipient details until they become hard to read.
